Start your initial session with an introduction to Pilates. The instructor will assess your strength, flexibility, posture and movement patterns, and will discuss your health and fitness goals. The instructor will determine the best way for you to proceed with your training to ensure maximum benefits are achieved through private, semi-private sessions and/or combinations of group class scenarios.
Private Training is the most effective way to achieve your desired fitness results. Once you have completed your introductory assessment, your instructor will design a program specifically for your needs. You and your instructor will work together to meet your personal goals, that may include rehabilitation to an existing injury, overall strength and flexibility, toning, or weight loss.
We provide an intimate dedicated studio for private training. Depending on your individual needs, your private training will include; Matwork, Reformer, Split Pedal Chair, Cardio-Trampoline, V2 Max and various other smaller Pilates props. Private sessions are scheduled at your convenience by appointment.
Semi Private Training
Semi-Private Training Sessions are also available and are perfect for couples or friends that want a more individualized attention than in a group class environment. Semi-Privates are scheduled at your convenience and offer additional savings over Private training.
