An introductory session is required prior to participation in Group Pilates Matwork and Reformer Classes. Strengthen your core, tone and sculpt your whole body, improve balance and posture, and functionally train your body into the amazing conditioning.
Our dedicated Group Pilates Reformer Room has 10 STOTT PILATES® Reformers, 7 Split Pedal Chairs and a variety of small apparatus and attachments for the Reformers.Pilates Mat classes are offered in both our Main studio and the smaller Pilates room. We offer a wide variety of classes for beginners and avid athletes. There is a class on the schedule for everyone at every level. Our classes will keep you challenged and motivated and you will be able to see results within an 8 week period by attending twice to three times a week.As our classes fill up quickly, pre-registration is required for all group classes.
Pilates Matwork is a series of exercises that are done on the floor without Pilates equipment. Matwork can range from relatively easy moves for beginners to extremely difficult moves for more advanced, experienced practitioners.
Pilates matwork utilizes the “core” or abdominal muscles, and it features moves lying on the back, sides, stomach as well as standing. As you progress, you can integrate small apparatus, such as a fitness ball, fitness circle, weights, resistance bands or foam rollers, to increase the difficulty of the work. Matwork is often integrated for pregnancy, osteoporosis, back pain, cardiovascular fitness and weight loss.We offer private and group Mawtork sessions.
Prerequisite: Must have Mat/Reformer training or a private orientation to participate in equipment classes.
Registration will be required for group classes.

Training on the Reformer will build on your strength and coordination while developing a stronger, toned, leaner, and flexible body.
Boost your stamina and challenge your reformer workout routine with this dynamic and energizing workout! In this class we will incorporate movements using a medicine ball for added challenge. While you tone and define your body, you will experience increased performance and a greater range of movement as you challenge your neuromuscular precision. This class is a fat burner!

In this class you will challenge neuromuscular precision, explore range of movement, increase performance and boost stamina.
Develop a defined, stronger leaner body on one of the most popular pieces of Pilates equipment: the Group SPX Reformer. In this moderately paced class you will be challenged to move fluidly and with control using the resistance of springs while focusing on core strength and realigning your body. In this class you will achieve optimal strength and agility, activate deep muscles, gain balance strength with flexibility and increase stamina and coordination.
Develop the ultimate sculpted body. This class will challenge you and take your workouts to the ultimate training level. In this class we focus on interval training.
